A 24-year-old man is in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a downtown shooting Sunday morning.
At about 2:30 a.m., police and paramedics responded to reports of several shots fired in the 171 George Street area.
Officers found a male victim who suffered two gunshot wounds to his upper thigh region, one in each leg. He was taken to hospital.
The victim refused to provide a statement and is not cooperating with the police investigation. His injuries are non-life threatening.
The Guns and Gangs unit is investigating.
