A 22-year-old man is in serious but stable condition after a five-metre fall from a ladder Monday morning, according to Ottawa Paramedic Service.
Paramedics said they received a call about an industrial accident in the Antares Drive area shortly after 9:15 a.m. They said he was renovating the building and removing a large garage door. He suffered a fracture to one of his arms and lacerations to his face, arms and legs.
The Ontario Ministry of Labour is investigating the incident.
