Following a three-day weekend for many Quebec residents, many services will be closed or on a holiday schedule in Quebec today for the St-Jean-Baptiste holiday.
Here’s a partial list:
Closed: Banks, municipal and provincial courts, the SAQ.
Reduced Hours: Because many businesses offered employees a three-day weekend, more stores should be open than is usually the case on St-Jean-Baptiste. It’s best to call ahead. This also applies to municipal services. Outaouais region bus services will be on a reduced schedule.
