Two of the city’s four main beach areas are back in action after being closed for a few days due to high coliform counts.
The city has raised the green flag for swimmers at Britannia and Westboro beaches.
However, Mooney’s Bay and Petrie Island beaches remain closed for the time being.
Coliform counts typically rise after intense rainfall such as the city experienced earlier this week.
