[闲聊] 了解一下 housing 的行情

hi大家好 我是OTTAWA U 的 可不可以问问你们现在住多少钱的房子？ 我的是房租是425 租一个老太太的一个卧室 加上包她的伙食175 加上网费 30多 加上 汽车月票 50 地点在 VANIER 那一带 这样一个月总共680多 是不是有点贵啊？ 我已经住了一年了 我总想申请学校的寝食 BROOK现在好像是４５０每个月　但现在申请寝室比登天还难　我真想住学校阿　可以节省不少时间　　大家可不可以把自己住房的情况说一下？　我也好了解一下行情

ur rent is expensive. If u cook by yourself, 100 something for month is enough. so, $500-550 is usually reasonable. Vanier is far from here, and i do think the transportation is not easy to access. U can find 300-350 per room and close to university and u don;'t need to buy bus-pass. Brooks is not good at all, it's really small and expensive compare with other places. So if u are looking for another place, either u can move to Lees, or Sansy hill, which university will provide shuttle bus service, and it's free to use, or find an apt along the transitway which will save u a lot of time on the road. 哦，不过可能研究生好申请一定
反正我听研究生去申请的没有一个申请不到的，
而且让你选喜欢的房间

Your current rental is really more expensive than average or normal cases.Please refer to the housing forum in CFC.You can find some apartments or houses with much cheaper monthly rental.Besides,food expenses vary depending on what you are eating everyday.To my experience,$120 (spring-fall) and $150 (winter) can ensure you not bad nutrition needs.Of course,you have to cook by yourself.

俺们现在的公寓one bedroom+one living room是700，在Sandy Hill
应该是这片儿最便宜的了，房东人不错，是个台湾人。
