[问题] 找工作时找Agent用处有多大

找工作时找Agency有用吗，什么样的工作找Agency比较好，什么样的工作找也没用.
有经历的人分享一下经验之谈.

I found my first job in Ottawa through a small agency. Normally agencies post job listings online, whether in newsgroup or in online job banks. It's hard to say how useful they are, but I don't think that the choice is ours anyway, so it can't hurt to just send out a resumé.
