Downtown commuters take note: Northbound Colonel By Drive will be reduced to one lane between Rideau Street and Daly Avenue starting Thursday.
Sidewalks will also be closed.
The lane reduction will facilitate construction as the Rideau Centre undergoes a major expansion.
Construction is expected to last until mid-December.
