Ottawa – Join us for summer fun at one of the City of Ottawa’s 56 wading pools, and enjoy the fabulous special events that the City has planned while keeping you cool at the pool.
Each wading pool holds one special event during the summer featuring arts and crafts, sports and games from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Six of the wading pool locations will be bumping it up with a larger event including special guest activities, a free barbecue lunch, and a Lunchtime Performing Art Series between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m.
These larger events will be held on the following dates and at these wading pool locations:
Please remember that although summer by the water is fun, safety is paramount. Visitors are reminded to adhere to pool safety and water safety rules and practise good sun sense. The City also offers learn-to-swim programs at both indoor and outdoor pool locations. Please check the Recreation eGuide or Mon guide francophone des loisirs for more information.
