Gatineau police are looking for the public’s help to identify a person involved in two robberies that occurred May 19 and June 1.
On May 19, a suspect robbed a property at 15 rue Taschereau at around 9 a.m. The property contains a psychology clinic and the headquarters for several Gatineau radio stations.
The same suspect entered a Maxi grocery store on Boulevard St-Joseph just after 6 p.m. and committed a violent robbery.
The suspect is described as a large white man in his 20s, with short brown hair and a lazy eye. In both incidents the man was wearing long walking shorts with a camouflage pattern and black shoes. He was wearing a green shirt May 19 and a grey shirt June 1.
Anyone with information about the suspect or either of the robberies is asked to contact Sgt.-Det. Édith Germain at 819-243-2345 ext. 6157.
