Ottawa – The City advises that intersection modification construction at Pagé Road and Navan Road is scheduled to begin on July 14, and will continue to the end of the month.
The work entails construction of a concrete median in the intersection that will prevent left-hand turns. Also included is the installation of appropriate pavement marking and signage.
Work will be done during the day, with lane closures occurring during off-peak hours. However, some weekend and night work is possible.
During this construction project, access will be maintained to area residences. Some bus stops may be relocated in the affected area, and pedestrian traffic may be diverted to other sidewalks. Cyclists will be accommodated on Pagé Road through the construction zone.
