Two women were taken to hospital after a two-vehicle collision at Prince of Wales and Fairpark Drive, near the new Strandherd-Armstrong Bridge.
One woman was complaining of lower back pain, while a second woman had possible knee injuries, paramedics said.
Ottawa Fire also responded to the call, which came in at 11:30 p.m. Firefighters had to pop open a door in order to remove one patient.
