Police confirmed a man was stabbed at around 1:30 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Beausoleil Drive and York Street.
The man was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police said they believe the incident was a mugging.
Police could not yet confirm how many people were involved in the incident.
The robbery unit is investigating.
