An Ottawa shooting suspect who police said might be armed and dangerous has surrendered to authorities.
Mohamed Abdi Abdullahi, 31, is facing charges after a man was shot in the legs on Horsdal Private in the city’s south end Thursday.
Police executed a search warrant related to the shooting on Topley Crescent on Friday. They briefly closed down a section of the street and evacuated a handful of homes in the area.
