Ottawa – Mayor Jim Watson will be joined by Councillors Mathieu Fleury, Peter Clark, and Transportation Committee Chair Keith Egli to break ground on a new pedestrian and cycling bridge across Rideau River, linking Donald Street with Somerset Street East.
