有推荐的买房律师吗？

坛子里的各位大侠们买房都请的是哪位律师啊？有强力推荐的吗？
请中国人，当地人有啥区别啊？不都是一样的法律条文吗？

My purchasing lawyer is a Chinese guy. Very nice and have no difficulty during the process. But,
there is a leaking next spring. Someone said I should call lawyer and require compensation from the seller, the real agent, and the house inspector. So I called the Chinese lawyer, he said, this is a old house, it is no possible to claim against anybody. If it is a new house, you may have some chance.
I called another unknown local western lawyer, actually a law student in a law firm answered my question, he said he need to see the document to see my chance. He said he had been involved on both side litigation for this kind of civil litigation.

For the Chinese house inspector, later someone told me, he never climb up to check the roof.

If I had a chance to buy another house, I will be far far away from these two Chinese professional.

2楼你的中人律师什么也没做错，而且诚实好心。你 unknown的西人学生娃，不是无知就是贪婪，如果你允许他 open your file，他就开始计时 $400/小时，等收了你几百律师费，他会告诉你 same thing：“ this is a old house, it is no possible to claim against anybody.” 区别也就是英语语法正确点，和多收几百刀。

租房子千万不能租给学法律的学生，他会把房东作为第一个诉讼对象for sure。

能找前房主的事情，一般是房主卖房时，已经存在的故意隐瞒的事情。

屋顶本来就是消耗品，任何时候都可能漏水，你不可能回去找的。同样的，屋子里的水管也可能随时漏水，你也不可能回去找的。

可怕的不是说你没机会赢的律师，而是说你很有机会赢的律师。

另外，买房律师完全不必和诉讼律师是同一个人。买房律师之负责完成法律文件，而诉讼律师需要擅长巧舌如簧。
