A motorcyclist is dead and another person was transported to hospital following a collision Wednesday evening between a car and a motorcycle, according to Ontario Provincial Police.
Police said the collision happened around 7:15 p.m. on Old Highway 17, near Thomas Elliot Drive, east of Arnprior. They said the driver of the car had non-life-threatening injuries. Old Highway 17 is closed between County Road 29 and Kinburn Side Road.
