A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a 25-year-old Ottawa man after he went missing from the transition home where he is staying.
Jessie Levi Blake is charged with one count of sex assault in relation to an incident in May 2012 with a 14-year-old girl.
“He’s a transient person,” said Ottawa police spokesman Chuck Benoit, adding Blake could still be in Ottawa but police aren’t sure. “He is no longer there.”
Blake has also missed some court appearances, Benoit said.
