Four teenagers were sent to hospital after their all-terrain vehicles collided head-on Monday night in the Quebec town Val-Des-Monts, about 40-kilometres north of Ottawa.
One passenger and one driver had serious, but not critical injuries, and the other two had minor injuries.
MRC des Collines de l’Outaouais said the call came in at around 8:30 p.m. and all are out of the hospital now.
The two male drivers, both 17, didn’t see each other as they were driving to the top of a hill on 55 Chemin de la Truite, police said.
Neither the boys or their female passengers, both 15, were wearing helmets.
