100 Women Who Care Ottawa to meet Sept. 8

Ottawa’s caring women will reunite Sept. 8 to give more money to charities in the city. 100 Women Who Care Ottawa will hold its second meeting that evening at the Heart and Crown Preston. Networking begins at 5 p.m. and the official portion of the meeting will run from 6 to 7 p.m. sharp.

Featured charities include Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre (www.octc.ca), Interval House of Ottawa (intervalhouseottawa.org) and Ottawa Salus (www.salusottawa.org). The Heart and Crown (353 Preston St.) offers complimentary soft drinks, tea, coffee, salsa and chips to 100WWCO members; other food and drink are available for purchase.
