Who will pay the reparing money in this case?

Somebody riding a bike lost the control and fell into my lane and hit my car, even I already stopped. The policeman came and made a report, and said it was his fault.

But who will pay the reparing money for my car, my insurance or his car insurance company? Whether could it impact my next year's insurance fee? Does anybody experience something like this before?
