Service Charges
Travel pertaining due to unusual circumstances such as but not limited to flood, fire or emergencies or matters concerning the collection of rent through the Rent Review Board are subject to $ .58/kilometer. The service charge is payable by The OWNER to The AGENT upon receipt of an expense summary and/or invoice. In the case of legal proceedings exceeding 3 business days a Per-Diem of $350/day is payable to the AGENT. These extra fees are covered under the Ontario Landlord Tenant Act or the insurance company of The OWNER.
These fees are only payable by THE OWNER to THE AGENT if THE OWNER is paid by the tenant and/or his insurance company.
