来个东北菜: 肉丝拉皮

今天作了肉丝拉皮, 竟然是形似, 味也似. 原料全是在这买的, 写给想念东北菜的朋友. 很简单,欢迎尝试.

在九龙或168买圆形的天津凉皮,6张一袋, 可以吃两到3次. 用温水泡30分左右. 捞出,将水控干.切成条.
肉切丝. 黄瓜,胡萝卜少许,切丝.
蒜一办,姜一片,切丝.

油少许,烧热,放入蒜,辣椒末,姜.
放肉丝,划散, 待其变色, 放入粉皮, 加一点水或肉汤,搅动.
放醋,和一点糖, 待水略干,放盐,胡萝卜,翻炒.
最后放黄瓜和香菜.

是呀!和我的做法差不多哦,不过就是要在调味料中放些芝麻酱味道就更好了!下回试一试呀!^_^
 
I have also tried this ..but the main gredient is what I bought from chinese stores called "vietnam rice wrap"..which is also very good..the other ingredients are the same.......i dont like saseme very much...
very easy to cook...should try!:p
