Ottawa – The City of Ottawa wants to remind motorists to expect traffic disruptions to accommodate the fourth annual Sears Great Canadian Relay Run for Kids Cancer.
The run is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Saturday, October 4 starting from the Canada Aviation and Space Museum and ending at approximately 11 a.m. in Montebello, Quebec.
The run is restricted to pathways and roadway shoulders. Check the Sears Great Canadian Run website for the Run Route and affected streets.
Ottawa Police and race officials will monitor activities so as to minimize any potential traffic impacts. Motorists planning to travel in and around these areas on Saturday should consider taking alternate routes.
