If nobody has told you the truth about the "double cohort", then know this!! .... due to a large-scale administrative reform of the high-school in September, TWO (2) graduating classes from high school will arrive as freshman for the 1st year of university ... which has caused a housing crisis .... so it is difficult to find something nice, cheap & close to the university!!
The contract is annual; if you act NOW, then I can guarantee the price for next year as well! .... note: the payment by the semester, and it is paid in advance (via direct transfer of funds into my bank account).
