A four-car collision in Kanata along Huntmar Drive has exacerbated traffic congestion in the area, fire officials say.
Ottawa Fire Services said the collision caused minor injuries and further worsened traffic in the area near the Canadian Tire Centre, where the Ottawa Senators had just finished playing.
Ottawa police say the collision happened near the intersection of Huntmar and Campeau drives.
City traffic authorities had warned earlier that traffic would be slow-moving near the arena after the game as fans left and shoppers from the nearby Tanger Outlets headed home.
