Find the buyer first. do e-test and buy Used Vehicle Information Package of your car from an office of the Ministry of Tranportation. Also, get a bill of sale from the same office. Fill it out.Both seller and buyer are required to sign it.All these documents, including your permit(plate portion and vehicale portion) should go to the buyer when transaction is finished.Who is responsible for safety check depends on your negotiation. After transaction(you may do it as soon as somebody decides to buy your car) ,don't forget to cancel your car insurance.
