也就是说，拿着upass，工作日早九点以后，周末全天都能免费搭载所有STO巴士？

那么还有一个问题：9点以前不能坐，那么晚上几点钟之后不能坐？
这个时间段还没锁牢呀
是指每天0点开始到9点之间都不能搭乘，还是从每天首班车，比如4am，开始计算呢？
还有，这个in non-designated zones是什么意思？在designated zones upass 9am之前也能用吗？
