门前是MINTO给种的行道树，最近出现(不光我们一家)树叶发黄，虫蛀，大面积落叶的现象。想知道这是什么书(中英文名)，如何治，买什么杀虫剂。

就象你自己去买树一样，他们的Contractor会有一两年的质量保证。
另外，拿个叶子去Garden Center问最保险，俺,不敢猜

Googled the following site and I think it is Common Hackberry.

Also the leave spots are common issue in this kind of tree.

Go to Homedepo. They carry products to treat these problems. Bring a diseased leaf and show it to the people there and they will help you locate the product.

I had similar problems with a tree in my backyard. I sprayed what looks like sulfur, which I got from Home Depo, and it worked.
