The newly rebuilt eastbound Highway 417, including HOV lanes and a spanking new Highway 7 southeast ramp widening between Highway 7 and Eagleson Road are open for business this morning.
However, the Ministry of Transport cautions some minor items of work remain to be completed on both the eastbound and westbound lanes (which were reopened last week).
That, the ministry cautions may require isolated single lane closures during off-peak periods.
