Credit card application!!!

Please tell me where I can get credit card application approved. What is the requirement? and what is the trick to do that?
My situation is as follows:
1). I am PR.
2). I am a fulltime student.

<HTML>Full time student is eligible to apply a credit card. And applying a credit card from the bank where you have a bank account can simply the procedure. Just bring your campus card, driver's license to the branch, the clerk will help you finish the application form, then done. </HTML>
