锈点如何处理

最近发现车上有一些小的锈点，担心以后会扩大，不知如何处理和防护。

用砂纸打磨到金属， 然后再喷漆。
但是，一般作的不好， 回有明显的痕迹。

当然，只要花钱给 body shop 去做， 肯定回很好。

能说说用什么腻子补车体，用什么漆喷吗？

就比如在CT能买到的Brand。
