里渥太华DOWNTOWN, OU走路３０分钟，公车１５－２０分钟（进两个大车站)。房像宿舍，很多独立房间，门上有锁, 厨房共用 (自己房间里有冰箱), 住男女都有。包电脑桌，小桌，两双椅子，床。独立卫生间有淋浴。有衣柜，墙上钉有架子放东西。窗向西。
本人１２月1日就走了，所以１２月短租才＄３００(全包有网)。如果１月到了还想继续租，可以跟房东直接签租赁（＄４２５／月全包除网, 网加＄３０／月）。

Near downtown Ottawa, uOttawa. 30 minutes by walk, 15 - 20 minutes by bus (near two major bus stations). The house is like a dorm with many individual rooms with locks on each door. Kitchen is shared, but each room has its own private refrigerator. No gender restrictions. Furniture includes a computer desk, small table, two chairs, and a bed. Private bathroom has stand-up shower. Closet and frames on the wall can hold stuff. Window facing west.
I'm leaving on December 1st, so the room is available for short-term rent for December for $300 (all inclusive, with internet). If you want to continue renting in January, you can sign your own lease with the landlord ($425/month all inclusive but internet, $30/month extra for internet).
