Freezing rain warning in effect for:
Freezing rain is expected to begin this evening and end early Wednesday morning. Freezing rain will change to rain near the St. Lawrence River. Freezing rain will be mixed with snow elsewhere.
Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots will become icy, slippery and hazardous. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas. Public Safety Canada encourages everyone to make an emergency plan and get an emergency kit with drinking water, food, medicine, a first-aid kit and a flashlight. For information on emergency plans and kits go to http://www.getprepared.gc.ca/

Fog Advisory in effect for:
A mild and moist airmass is lingering over most of southern Ontario. Fog will form this evening and continue overnight. Conditions are expected to improve Wednesday morning.
Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations. If travelling, be prepared for areas of near zero visibility.
Weather Advisories for fog are issued when near zero visibilities in fog are expected or occurring.
