最近有个StarTek Call Centre interview. 他们想要Customer Service & Telemarketing 经验，请问谁有这一职位的从业或面试经验，可否在此分享一下？

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Courtesy and patience are the key. There are usually no special requirements since your earning is based on actual sales (commission that is, or at least a large percentage of your earning is). So don't get excited, it's just a sales position.

Do you know what's the major role of Call center? Customer support or Telemarketing or both?
FYI, this's the job description:
Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Access and process information

if it's customer support, then the jobs is not hard at all. But if it's telemarketing, then it's kinda hard, many people hate telemarketers and it's really hard to sell the products if u don;t hvae a strong communication skills,which means good English.
