Help! CCRA TESTs

Hi, just wondering if anyone here knows anything about
CCRA paper tests for Networking Principles,MS 2000
Professional? I never have this kind of test with
government before... What level of questions usually
do they ask in the test? What kind of books should I study on ?
Any information will be really appreciated!
