there is no big difference about speed between cogeco in hamilton and the rogers here.
but nornally, i don't upload or download.

cogeco是ROGERS在小城市的代理。这里可能没有。我以前也用过COGECO， 和ROGERS差不多的。 连价钱好象也一样。
