Dozens of skiers were stranded Saturday when a chairlift at Mont Ste. Marie stopped working.
The ski resort, located about an hour north of Ottawa and offering 20 runs, tweeted that it was getting people off the lift “as a precaution.”
The resort later tweeted that “15 people left until everyone is off the lift.”
There was no report of injuries, although paramedics were reportedly on the scene.
