Find a way to rent out a townhouse[请求]

I have a twonhouse at North Kanata ready to rent out. Is it good for me to find an agent? Which one is good? The townhouse is around 1800 including finished basement. What is the price range? Any input is highly appreciated!

Thanks for the info! Do you have info to have an agent to take care of the rentin? I do not want collect money each from tenant month by month and afraid of getting any wrong persons might refuse to pay later.

Another couple and my family rent it from an agent. I won't recommend that agent to you -- not responsibel at all.

It is a little bit surprise to me that your agent found two families to share the house. I am also interested in knowing how irresponsible your agent is. Was it not responsible to tenant or house owner? In which aspect?
