Two men killed in Cornwall Highway 401 crash identified

Ontario Provincial Police have identified the two men who were killed in a two-vehicle collision on the 401 near Cornwall Tuesday morning.
Police say 44-year-old Robert Springer of Cornwall and 22-year-old Daniel Figura of Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec, were killed when a tractor trailer collided with their vehicle around 6 a.m.
The 47-year-old truck driver suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
All eastbound lanes were closed between McConnell Avenue and Boundary Road for most of the morning.
OPP officers also tended to several other collisions on Highway 401 due to slippery road conditions.
They're telling drivers to use extreme caution.
