现downtown有一女鞋店，因个人原因（老公有事回国，我自己带着两个小孩，一个2岁多，一个才10个月），实在没有经历继续管理经营此店，特此转让

The store is located in down town Ottawa Ontario, where it is only 10
minutes walk way from Parliament Hill. The size of the store is 900 SqFt,
with a same size basement on the main level of the street. The rent is
$3700 per month, the remaining lease term is till May 2016 and you have a
priority to renew the lease.
Right now we sell overstock shoe which I directly buy from the US. There
are more than one hundred different well known high end brands in store. The
brands includes but not limited to Liz Claiborne, Rampage, Naturalizer,
Jessica, Marc Fisher, Bandolino, Clarks, Rocket Dog, Unlisted, Sketchers,
Nike, Steve Madden, Puma, Converse, Bobbi Blue, Nina, Michael Kors, Coach,
Cohann, Anne Klein, Roxy, Joan & David, Born, Kenneth Cole, Easy Spirit,
Capparas, Guess, Arturo Chang, Carlos, BCBG, Chinese Laundry, Nine West and
a percentage of high end private label brands.
All These shoes are from a US major chain department store, so they are all
real brand name shoes. They are overstock shoes, so that a lots
of them has never been tried on yet. The supplier I got is very reliable,
they never send me junk. The price of these shoes are way more cheaper than
I got from the wholesalers in Canada, so my retail price is even cheaper
than Winners, this is how I keep the business running.
Currently I have one store manager and a part-time employee plus my myself to
look after the store. The hourly wage for them are $11. Currently I pay them about $1,000 by-weekly.
