I bought one in Vancouver for only $10 and another one in Toronto for $20. Much cheaper over there.

In old china town in Toronto, but even more cheaper if you have chance to go Vancouver. The $20 one is modern white pot. Easy to use. Don't have to be very careful treatment like the tradition pot. Good luck!
