Ottawa celebrity Max Keeping will attend an announcement this morning about the future of his charitable foundation.
Keeping, who is suffering from an untreatable form of colon cancer, is not able to verbally communicate, a statement from CHEO said this week.
But he will join representatives from the Max Keeping Foundation at 10:30 a.m. as they “announce details about the future of the foundation and how it will continue to make difference in the lives of families in our region for years to come.”
The longtime TV broadcaster’s foundation says it has raised more than $1 million for disadvantaged children in the national capital region.
