法律规定房租每年都可以涨的。

<HTML>而且对新的客户的涨幅允许超过3%，涨30%都是可以的。所以，能不搬，尽量别搬。一般家庭搬家需要通知变更地址的地方有20个左右，多累啊：）</HTML>

<HTML>新规定更惨:我听到新闻里新的消息,今年的政府规定已经改成了6.9%,而且有朋友12月须房约的要求上已经明确的写了6.9%(Minto)，所以3.24%已经算少的了!
新闻里还说那帮人还在申请10%的涨幅!疯了啊!</HTML>
