But, thanks to The Ottawa Citizen’s mobile app, hearing about how sucky your day is about to be hasn’t actually been so sucky. A hilarious mystery weather reporter has been taking Ottawa by storm! Who is s/he? The answer’s as elusive as sunshine in Canada this time of year.
The other day, for instance, s/he helped us ring in the first day of Spring.
