CFC成为2015年度加拿大国际跳水比赛华人社区独家媒体赞助

加拿大跳水联合会（Diving Canada）宣布，确定中国国家跳水队将来加拿大参加2015年国际泳联跳水大奖赛。大奖赛将于2015年4月9日-12日，在首都地区的加蒂诺市体育中心举行。
国际泳联跳水大奖赛（FINA Grand Pix）一直吸引着来自世界各国的优秀跳水运动员参加比赛。组委会自1995开始，每年都组织多次奥林匹克进阶性赛事。国际泳联跳水大奖赛在世界各地设分赛站举行比赛，参赛选手通过在各赛站累计的分数，计算排名，并赢取奖金。2015年大奖赛赛站除了加拿大加蒂诺市，分别位于西班牙马德里，德国罗斯托克，波多黎各圣胡安，意大利波尔查诺，马来西亚吉隆坡，新加坡，和澳大利亚的黄金海岸。
中国跳水队战在大奖赛历史上一直战绩辉煌，自2000年来，获得的奖牌总数为110块，其中金牌64枚。许多在大奖赛上获得好成绩的选手之后在奥林匹克和世界跳水竞标赛上都表现优异。
11名前来比赛的中国跳水队队员包括：世界青年跳水冠军吴春婷和黄博文，2014 年国际泳联跳水大奖赛金牌得主屈琳，季思雨和彭健峰，他们都期待在今年的加蒂诺站再创优异成绩。
此次加蒂诺站，中国国家队选手将和来自21个国家的共110名优秀跳水运动员角逐奖牌。参赛国家包括加拿大，英国，澳大利亚，墨西哥，俄罗斯，日本和德国等。

Chinese national diving team coming to Gatineau in early April
11 of China’s national team divers are scheduled to compete at the 2015 Canada Cup FINA Grand Prix
OTTAWA, [March 24, 2015]– Diving Canada is pleased to announce that China’s national diving team has confirmed its participation for the 2015 Canada Cup FINA International Diving Grand Prix, scheduled for April 9th through 12th at the Gatineau Sports Centre.
Held since 1995, the FINA Grand Prix is comprised of 8 Olympic diving events and is attended by the world’s top diving nations. On the circuit, divers compete to gain points towards their FINA world ranking and important cash prizes. This season there are nine stops on the Grand Prix, including the 2015 Canada Cup in Gatineau. Other stops include Madrid (ESP), Rostock (GER), San Juan (PUR), Bolzano (ITA), Kuala Lumpur (MAS), Singapore (SIN), and Gold Coast (AUS).
An 11-athlete delegation from China will return to Gatineau in 2015 with the expectation to win every Gold medal available. Notable athletes amongst this year’s team are 2014 World Junior Champions, Wu Chunting, and Huang Bowen. 2014 Fina Diving Grand Prix Gold Medalists, Qu Lin, Ji Siyu, and Peng Jianfeng will also be in Gatineau looking to build upon their international results.
China has a strong history of success at this event, winning 64 gold medals and 111 medals in total since 2000, significantly more than any other nation. Earlier on in their careers, many Chinese superstars have competed at previous Canada Cups and gone on to have outstanding results at the Olympics and World Championships. Previous competitors at the Canada Cup include He Chong, Wu Minxia, Guo Jingjing, Qin Kai, Lin Yue, Cao Yuan, Liu Huixia, and Zhang Yanguan.
In Gatineau, the Chinese will be competing against over 110 athletes from 21 countries, including top teams from Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Mexico, Russia, Japan and Germany.

Special Ticketing Offer to Ottawa/Gatineau Chinese Community
Through a new partnership between Diving Canada and CFC, discounted tickets are being made available to all members of the Ottawa/Gatineau Chinese Community.
Regular ticket prices for 2015 are $15/day for adults, and $5/day for children 12 and under. CFC has secured special event passes for members of the Ottawa/Gatineau Chinese Community that will allow them to access the entire competition for just $20 (regular price is $30).
Daily tickets and discounted CFC weekend passes are available through www.canadacupdiving.com. In order to receive the discounted price on a weekend pass, all purchasers must use the promotional code “CFC”.
Tickets can also be purchased at the CFC office located at 228 Hunt club road.or at T&T Supermarket
The preliminary events on Thursday April 9th and Friday April 10th are open to the public and free of charge.
Those attending on the weekend will have the opportunity to meet Chinese national team athletes for autographs and pictures.
