I am moving to Montreal this summer (May- August). So I am subletting my Ottawa bachelor pad.
It's a bachelor/ one bedroom building managed by a professional rental company.I am on the second floor. There is a balcony facing north. It's farily quiet and neighbourhood is not bad.
I paid monthly $815 ($ 780 + around $35 hydro). I am thinking lower $100 and make it $715 for the summer.
The inside is almost new. Many appliances (Washroom parts, kitchen, etc) were new when I moved in (8 months ago). The outside of the building is a bit sketchy though, probably due to the years.
Water and hydro included. I don't have the Internet. But could possibily be solved by other options.
I didn't rent a parking lot. But available from the rental office for $100/month I remember. Also street parking, if it works out for you.
Furniture included.
Laundry onsite.
3 main bus route. 1,7, 14 to go to parliemnt hill or Rideau centre.
Please call in (416-732-8589) or email for detail. Thank you.
