If you’re wondering what’s open and closed over Easter weekend, here’s a rundown.
Good Friday
It’s a statutory holiday on Good Friday in Canada, so just about all businesses are closed.
City Services
The courthouse, most of City Hall and seven of its client services centres are closed — although the City Hall building will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. so citizens can visit its three galleries.

OC Transpo buses will run on a Sunday schedule. All Transpo sales and information centres will be closed.
Some pools, fitness centres and arenas will be open Good Friday with modified schedules for public swimming, skating and fitness classes — so make sure to check with your facility at the City of Ottawa website for more details.
