You are invited to join with an education seminar “Introduction to Hand and Foot Care”.
The topics will be:
1. Anatomy of Nail
2. Foot Care
3. Reflexology
You will learn the basic information about how diabetes affects your feet and what we can do to keep your feet healthy.
We use hand reflexology mainly for do-it-yourself reflexology to relieve symptoms such as headaches, constipation, shoulder aches and much more!
These self- care skills will help you revitalize your energy, good looking and keep you younger forever!
At the same time, we will have Manicure demonstration and Fresh Potato smithy for drink.
Everyone is welcome. Bring your family and friends.

Admission: Free and welcome your donation for Manicure.
