Help! How to open this file?

My brother sent his wedding VCD to us. The VCD can't be viewed by VCD player, so we tried on our computer. But because of the files are named in Chinese, our computer system can't recognize the files. Anybody knows how to access these files? Thanks.

如果是98，NT，那么NJSTAR不管用，因为NJSTAR没有汉化系统内核，用Richwin吧。如果是WIN2000，它可以改成中文内核，你在regional setting里改就是了。

Copy that file from CD to Hard Disk, then change the file name to english. It should be OK.

You are right. We did try with NJSTAR, it didn't work. Our system is Windows Me, can we still try Richwin? And how? The odd thing is we have succeeded in opening other Chinese-named movie VCDs with NJSTAR, why it didn't work this time?

By the way, to the friends suggesting to copy or rename the files:
neither way worked, because the computer doesn't even recognize these files.

找一个能汉化操作系统核心的软件。Richwin只是一个例子。我不知道richwin有没有支持winme的版本。How? 找一个Richwin，安装就可以了。不过，既然是汉化了OS的内核，Richwin就可能让系统不稳定。以前在NT上，Richwin就并不太稳定，不过，中文文件名的识别是没有问题的。我好久不用win98系列的东东了。
