请问是这样吗？COSTCO的购物卡怎么样可以买到？必须有收入才能买吗？我是留学生不知道可不可以买到。谢谢回答。

是会员店，去店里办一张会员卡就可以。不过那里的东西多数是大包装的，不太适合一个人用的。

Costco is a coop corporation. Membership fee is annually paid. If you are only one person, or not going to go there a lot(once a week), then Just ask someone in the store to let you use the card. There are a load of ppl are willing to share the membership.
